RODDY
Roddy O. Sample, CGR, CAPS is president of Roddy O. Sample & Associates, a company offering full service remodeling. He founded the company in 2002. After 20 years of running a large remodeling company, with a partner, that produced large architectural additions, provided design build services and built several multi-million dollar custom homes he decided to scale back and enjoy bringing client dreams to life. Bigger is not always better. Smaller volume allows for more personal attention to clients. The company has built its reputation on quality and customer service.

Roddy is active in the Home Builders Association at the local, state, and national levels. He is currently serving on the GBAHB board of directors. He was the 2008 President of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders and has served on its board for the last 10 years. He is also a NAHB National Director. He has served in many positions including the 1994 Local Remodelers Chairman, 1998 Home Builders Association of Alabama Remodelers Chairman.
